That this House commemorates the 30th anniversary of the death of Frederick Starrett and James Cummings who were murdered by the IRA on 24 February 1988 and extends sincere and deepest sympathies to their families; thanks them for their service, commitment and sacrifice for the people of Northern Ireland; and assures the families that they will never be forgotten.
