That this House welcomes the planning application submitted by the Action for London for County Hall to be the home of an elected strategic authority for London and for County Hall to be used for the purpose for which it was built; and believes that County Hall is a wonderful building and its present state is a disgrace and that London needs an elected democratic voice.
