That this House congratulates Gavin’s Mill Café for winning the Hidden Gem category at the Scotsman Scran Awards; recognises the importance and value of their fair trade and sustainability policies; commends them on their range of zero waste goods and local produce which helps to champion local suppliers as well as promote environmentally friendly consumption; thanks the team at Gavin Mill for their hard work and dedication in providing these fantastic services to our community; and further thanks The Scotsman for recognising the importance of promoting these values.
