That this House recognises the dignity and solemnity the family of George Best demonstrated at his funeral in Belfast; and acknowledges the superb response the people of Northern Ireland and beyond offered during what has been widely recognised as a fitting tribute to someone whom many regard as the finest footballer ever to emerge from the United Kingdom.
