That this House heartily congratulates Glasgow Rangers FC on winning the Scottish Premier League once more, this time in the final two minutes of the last day of the season, making the Scottish finale an exciting prospect for all concerned; condemns any sectarianism associated with the games; and wishes the manager of Glasgow Celtic, Martin O'Neill, and his wife every good wish for their health and future.
