GREATER MANCHESTER METROLINK FARES

That this House notes with concern that the Conservative- and Liberal Democrat-led Greater Manchester Integrated Transport Authority has agreed to a fares increase of double the rate of inflation at more than six per cent. without any consultation and at a time when services have been disrupted because of the extension of the system; and calls for immediate consultation on this unjustified fare increase.
