GWYNEDD COUNCIL’S £300,000 APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME PROPOSAL

That this House supports Gwynedd Council’s proposals to establish a £300,000 apprenticeship scheme aimed at providing young people with opportunities to develop a quality career locally; welcomes Gwynedd Council’s proposals to use mainly the Welsh language in the vocational training of apprentices; and particularly encourages applications from women seeking routes into STEM sector careers.
