HONOURABLE MEMBER FOR EAST BELFAST CELEBRATING 25 YEARS

That this House congratulates the honourable Member for East Belfast in serving his constituents and this House for 25 years, making him the longest serving honourable Member in the history of Belfast; acknowledges the hard work and diligence that has characterised the honourable Member's contribution; and wishes him many more years in that role.
