leave out from 'forces' to end and add 'notes that Sierra Leone is now embarked upon a programme of much-needed reforms designed to lead to multi-party democracy; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to recognise this progress by reviewing its programme of non-lethal military assistance to see how best further aid, military and humanitarian, may be made available.'.
