That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Covert Human Intelligence Sources: Matters Subject to Legal Privilege) Order 2010 (S.I., 2010, No. 123), dated 22 January 2010, a copy of which was laid before this House on 26 January, be annulled.
