That this House notes with concern that ITV1 is not yet available on BSkyB's digital satellite platform; calls on ITV and BSkyB to resolve their differences as a matter of urgency; and calls on Oftel to intervene if no progress has been made by 1st November to ensure that ITV1 is available on digital satellite by Christmas this year.
