That this House congratulates Edinburgh athlete Josh Kerr on his breaking of the mile world record, held since 1999; notes the excellence of his achievement and the pride felt by his country; understands this records significance in the run up to the Commonwealth games held in Glasgow this month; and understands the importance of this record being broken on UK soil.
