JUSTICE FOR MS SHU HUA WANG

That this House condemns the actions of Mr Lee Spendlove in attacking his former wife Ms Shu Hua Wang, resulting in her hospitalisation; condemns the Crown Prosecution Service for failing to prosecute Mr Spendlove; notes that in offering Ms Wang compensation for this failure the CPS has acknowledged their mistake; and urges the CPS to review procedure so that no one suffers the same ordeal as Ms Wang in future.
