That this House expresses its extreme concern at the sentencing to death of Karim Fahimi by the Iranian Supreme Court for the drinking of alcohol; states its total opposition to the use of the death penalty; and calls upon the UK Government to express its abhorence of the use of the death penalty to the Iranian government.
