That this House congratulates La Barca restaurant in Helensburgh on winning the title of Best World Cuisine for the fifth consecutive year at the 2018 Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards; understands that the restaurant beat nine other finalists from right across Scotland to retain this much sought after title; acknowledges the words of the judging panel about the importance of sourcing and using local produce to prepare their quality menu that played in its success; congratulates La Barca owners Milan and Cara Nikolic and all their staff on maintaining such a high standard for so long in order to secure, once again this prestigious accolade; and wishes the whole team every success in the future.
