That this House deplores the way in which the Special Investigations Unit of the former Learning and Skills Council conducts itself; calls on the Government to take steps to urgently investigate the inefficiency, tardiness and incompetence of the Unit; and urges its immediate reform by the new Skills Funding Agency.
