LOCAL OCCUPANCY OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING

That this House calls for new powers and appropriate resources to be granted to local authorities to allow them to enforce local occupancy clauses on affordable housing in order to prevent abuse of such clauses and thus protect the right of local communities to access accommodation within their means.
