That this House commends the London Design Festival on a hugely successful 10 day celebration of the best that design has to offer, both in the UK and internationally; congratulates the Festival on the record 350,000 visitors that it attracted this year and the 221 events staged between 15th and 25th September; recognises the extensive cultural and economic benefits that design brings both to the capital and the country as a whole; and wishes the Festival all the best for the future.
