That this House welcomes the comments made by Lt. Col. Tim Collins of the Royal Irish regiment as troops began their military operations into Iraq; and commends the bravery and courage of all the personnel involved in the dangerous task of liberating the Iraqi people from the tyranny of Saddam Hussein.
