That this House welcomes the latest exhibitions of the art of Manuel Salazar at London's Conway Hall; congratulates him on producing fresh wonderful paintings during eight years on death row in Illinois; and looks forward to his successfully winning his freedom from a wrongful conviction in 1986 following the death of a policeman in Joliet, Illinois in 1986 .
