That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Public Guardian Regulations 2007 (S.I., 2007, No. 1253), dated 16th April 2007, a copy of which was laid before this House on 17th April, be annulled.
