That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the National Assistance (Sums for Personal Requirements and Assessment of Resources) Amendment (England) Regulations 2008 (S.I., 2008, No. 593), dated 5th March 2008, a copy of which was laid before this House on 11th March, be annulled.
