That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Health Service Branded Medicines (Control of Prices and Supply of Information) Regulations 2008 (S.I., 2008, No. 1938), dated 19th July 2008, a copy of which was laid before this House on 21st July, be annulled.
