That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Plant Breeders' Rights (Discontinuation of Prior Use Exemption) Order 2005 (S.I., 2005, No. 2726), dated 3rd October 2005, a copy of which was laid before this House on 5th October, be annulled.
