PLAYBUILDER PROGRAMME

Motion Text

That this House expresses its concern that, in the same way that under the Building Schools for the Future programme the Government has halted any expenditure that is not contractually committed, it is also halting expenditure on the Playbuilder Programme, established to invest in the improvement of play spaces for children; and urges the Government to review its decision and to reinstate this programme so that all children will have the opportunity to enjoy playing in a safe and stimulating environment.
