PROMOTION OF LEEDS CARNEGIE TO THE GUINNESS PREMIERSHIP

Motion Text

That this House congratulates Leeds Carnegie on its recent triumph in winning National Division One and securing promotion to the Guinness Premiership; notes the scale of the club's achievement in winning promotion as champions after only one season outside of the top flight; and recognises the important part that successful sporting teams play within the communities which surround them.
