PURCHASER PROTECTION ADJUSTMENT

That this House notes the rushed withdrawal of the Purchaser Protection Adjustment which is hitting many NHS primary care trusts hard and will force a lengthening of waiting times for medical treatment; and calls for the Government to reinstate Purchaser Protection Adjustment.
