That this House notes that the charity Quitline has recently celebrated the fourth anniversary of the service becoming free to all callers, during which time it has helped 1,620,021 smokers; and congratulates the staff of Quitline on the recent evaluation of the service which demonstrates that Quitline is one of the most effective smoking cessation telephone help-lines in the world.
