That this House notes the unprecedented upheavals caused by previous owners of Rangers Football Club; commends the current management and fans for their response in the aftermath of the past; acknowledges that Rangers, now playing in the fourth tier of Scottish football, has attracted over 38,000 season ticket holders and at home games over 45,000 attendances are the norm; and calls on the the Scottish football authorities to review their approach to restructuring football in Scotland to ensure competitive and attractive football.
