RATES OF SUICIDE

Motion Text

That this House expresses concern about the high rate of suicide across the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; notes that Northern Ireland has the highest rate of suicide in the UK for the second year running; and requests that the Government provides funding and facilitates ways of discussing emotional relationships to enable young people to have hope for the future in terms of employment and opportunities.
