That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Rates (Regional Rates) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. (N.I.), 2007, No. 52), dated 29th January 2007, a copy of which was laid before this House on 8th February, be annulled.
