That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2009 (S.I., 2009, No. 204), dated 5 February 2009, a copy of which was laid before this House on 10 February, be annulled.
