That this House calls upon the United Kingdom representative at the United Nations to urge a speedy resolution to the problems of the Western Sahara; and believes this can only be achieved on the basis of a referendum on the electoral roll based on the original census and that agreement of the representatives of the people of the area is essential for a peaceful outcome.
