leave out from "hostilities" to end and add "but recognises that the grotesque regime currently controlling the country would never have come to power but for the communist coup and 1979 invasion of Afghanistan by the then Soviet Union which installed a puppet regime subsequently supported by a variety of Labour honourable Members who should have known better.".
