RETIREMENT OF Mr COLM McGARRY

That this House recognises the sterling work carried out by the Chief Executive of Larne Borough Council, Mr Colm McGarry, on his retirement; notes that much of this work was carried out in difficult circumstances; considers that Mr McGarry is to be congratulated for his untiring work, noting in particular the work undertaken by Mr McGarry in projects to regenerate the town centre to promote a better image of Larne; and wishes him well on his retirement.
