RETIREMENT OF MRS ALISON HARDIE, HERMITAGE PRIMARY SCHOOL

That this House recognises Mrs Alison Hardie for the outstanding contribution she has made to the education of generations of children during her twenty-four years as primary school teacher, in particular the past sixteen years as a teacher at Hermitage Primary School, in Helensburgh; acknowledges the care, nurture and attention she has shown to each and every one of her pupils; thanks her for the enthusiasm, passion and professionalism she has displayed every day of her career; commends her devotion to the children of Hermitage Primary School as well as her contribution to education and the wider community; and wishes her a long and very happy retirement.
