That this House congratulates Robert Thorne on winning First Place in the Never Such Innocence Speech Competition in the 16-18 age category; commends Robert on his moving speech titled Our Conflict; notes that the theme of the competition was The Impact of Conflict on Communities and had entries from over 4,000 individuals across the world; and pays thanks to all those whose efforts allowed this competition to go ahead.
