That this House congratulates the Romford Drum and Trumpet Corps marching band on winning both the National Title and the National League Title at this year's event which was held in Cannock, Staffordshire where 23 of Britain's finest marching bands were competing; recognises that this achievement was made all the more remarkable as it was the second year in a row in which the Romford Drum and Trumpet Corps has won both titles; further congratulates two of the band members who won individual awards, Sgt. Kirsty Evans who won the Solo Bugler National Champion and Drum Major Marc Prince who was crowned National Champion Drum Major and Drum Major of the Year.
