Scottish Asian Restaurant Award nominees

Motion Text

That this House congratulates Prana and St John’s Curry Club in Edinburgh West constituency on their nomination for the Scottish Asian Restaurant Awards; notes that over 10,000 people voted online for their favourite venues, with 70 businesses making the shortlist from around Scotland; recognises the importance of local businesses to the economy; notes with concern the difficulty restaurants are facing during the cost of living crisis; wishes the two restaurants good luck with the awards; and encourages everyone to support local restaurants and businesses, where possible.
