SINGLE FARM PAYMENTS IN SCOTLAND

Motion Text

That this House notes that, despite impressions to the contrary, not all crofters and farmers in Scotland received the single farm payment before or on 31st May; and calls on the Scottish Executive Rural Affairs Department and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to work together to sort out the manifest problems of the single farm payment.
