That this House welcomes the appointment of Mrs Elish Angiolini as Solicitor General for Scotland; notes that Mrs Angiolini is the first women, the first Procurator Fiscal and the first enrolled solicitor to be appointed to this office; sends its best wishes to Mrs Angiolini and expresses its fullest confidence in the skills which she brings to this office.
