That this House welcomes the Stop the War demonstration in London on 20 November2010 demanding the withdrawal of UK forces from Afghanistan; is deeply concerned at the refusal of the Royal Parks Authority to allow the use of Speaker's Corner for the assembly; notes that this has been a traditional venue of free speech for several centuries; and calls for a reconsideration of its decision.
