SUPPLIES OF BRITISH AMMUNITION TO THE PESHMERGA

That this House recognises the importance of the gifting by the British Government of 40 heavy machine guns to the Kurdistan Regional Government in 2014 together with 475,000 rounds; notes that the rounds were depleted several months ago and there seems to be a logjam in supplying ammunition for these much-needed weapons; and urges the British Government to expedite their supply.
