SUPPORT FOR THE ARMED FORCES

Motion Text

That this House expresses its support for the armed forces as they enforce the no-fly zone over Libya; understands that this latest commitment will stretch the armed forces even further; and consequently calls on the Prime Minister to initiate a further assessment of the Strategic Defence and Security Review to ensure that the armed forces have enough funding and personnel to be able to meet all the UK's international obligations to the high standard expected of them.
