That this House welcomes the final exoneration of Derek Bentley and the pardon granted to him; deeply regrets it has taken 45 years for justice finally to be done; and salutes and applauds the tireless work of the late Iris Bentley and her family and many others inside and outside Parliament, especially the late Bob Cryer who never let this miscarriage of justice be forgotten.
