That this House believes that the most efficient and least environmentally damaging way to transport water is by pipe; congratulates the hon. Member for Oldham East and Saddleworth on his campaign against bottled water; and to this end calls on the House authorities to draw up a plan to stop the purchase of 250,000 bottles of water bought by the House every year.
