at end add `and calls on the Government to rethink the connected charities provisions in the Small Charitable Donations Bill which could entail undue complications for those who might offer themselves as trustees of local charities and/or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) and bring untoward implications for such charities and CASCs vis-a-vis HM Revenue and Customs.'.
