That this House congratulates Turpie & Co of Bathgate on their outstanding achievements at the 2026 Guild of Property Professionals Awards; notes that Turpie & Co won the Silver Overall Award in the national rankings, recognising them as one of the top estate agencies across the UK; further notes that they also received the Regional Gold Award for Scotland, acknowledging their exceptional service and professionalism; recognises that these awards highlight high standards across the Turpie & Co. services; and commends the entire Turpie & Co team for their continued dedication to excellence and for bringing national recognition to Bathgate and the wider West Lothian community.
