UK Youth Parliament 2025

Motion Text

That this House congratulates the Members of the UK Youth Parliament on their recent sitting in the House of Commons Chamber; celebrates their passion, eloquence and commitment to representing young people from across the United Kingdom; recognises the importance of the UK Youth Parliament in inspiring civic participation and democratic engagement among young people; condemns the online abuse and disparaging comments directed at participants following their contributions; and expresses its full support for all young people who take part in political debate and seek to make a positive difference in their communities and beyond.
