UNIVERSITY OF ST ANDREWS PARTNERSHIP WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF BONN

Motion Text

That this House congratulates the University of St Andrews in taking decisive and positive steps to create and increase the potential for exchange, research and information sharing opportunities for its staff and students by forging a partnership agreement with the University of Bonn; welcomes the creation of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two universities which cements this link; and recognises the significance of St Andrews, Scotland's most ancient seat of learning with a proud European and international outlook.
